Maybe Pilgrim has eaten too much cheese for supper and is dreaming – or is it a nightmare? He sees himself opening the gate of a sheepfold at night and horror of horrors – allowing the farmers precious sheep to escape, and – what’s more – mingle with a herd of scruffy unkempt goats whose horns definitely look dangerous!
Our theme this week is “Spread the Word!……….”, when the apostles felt that the fruits of Jesus’ life and teaching were meant for everyone, not just the Jews. How eagerly the Gentiles embraced it too!
