The incoming email server is
Username: (that is your full email address all lowercase)
Password: as given

You can connect with IMAP ( best for mobile access as keeps all email on server ) or by POP3. In addition you can connect securely under SSL but you might get warning that the server certificates don’t match - you can ignore this warning.

Outgoing mail server: either or better this connection requires authentication using the same username and password as outgoing. Again you can use SSL but the same certificate warning may be issued.

Change your email password

On the logon page you can also change your password or set your ‘out of office’ message, or turn it off. (Look for little links below the ‘Login Now’ text

Note on Passwords: Please don’t set your password to something too simple: it should contain at least 8 characters have an uppercase character and a numeric digit, but this is not enforced it is your responsibility.


To logon to the website look at the bottom of any page for the ‘log in’ box just after the copyright footnote.

Username can either be your full email address, or your username usually your first name and first letter of you surname.
